LAYMEN ALERT.
To all Laymen and Supporters. The Laymen Study Commission for the East
Region is scheduled for June 8, 2013.
The gathering will be held at:
The Providence MBC, located at 214 West Church Street, Edenton, NC
27932. Dr. John Shannon is Host Pastor. The Executive Committee/ Registration will
start at 9:00 am. The Session will start at 10:00 am. As in the past, this will be a Church family
affair. Workshops for youth, women, and
men; concluding with an inspiring Worship Service.
All Auxiliaries are requested to have churches and
Associations to represent with $400.00/per year. We are grateful for those churches and
Associations that have fulfilled their assessment. If you have not, please represent at this
session with $200.00 or more and complete your assessment by August 31, 2013
(end-of fiscal year). We thank you for
your cooperation and we are looking forward to great session. Registration is $7.00 to cover the cost of
the Lunc heon.
